Culture and Nature program series – Nature of Hula

Location:Environmental Volunteers EcoCenter, 2560 Embarcardero Road, Palo Alto
The event includes: Hula demonstration of kahiko and ‘auana styles, an overview of hula basics and a simple hula kahiko lesson, discussion of Hula adornments (leis) and gathering of materials in nature, and the importance of nature to hula dancers.
