- Artsopolis is a project of Arts Council Silicon Valley's collaborative marketing program, in partnership with the San Jose Convention and Visitor's Bureau. They have an esavers program that offers half-price tickets to certain events. It is also an online Arts and Cultural web portal that provides free publicity for groups and organizations.
